a brief moment of excitement hit the household. we had a power outage as ally was taking her bath upstairs.
daddy to the rescue!
with ally yelling ‘daddy, light ON’ louder and louder i had to think quick as there wasn’t any flashlights upstairs. (this has since been fixed) i pulled out my iPod and set the brightness on full and the back-light set to always on. ta da! instant flashlight!
ally giggles, i beam with a little pride.
my wife then makes her way to the bathroom to barrow the new light in order to find more lights.
as luck would have it, the power came back on just as she started to light a candle.
