So Tonight I had the pleasure of experimenting in making wraps. Milady came up with the notion for dinner and i just ran with it. I can’t believe how good they turned out. Sooo tasty!
Here’s the breakdown: (from the bottom up)
- Spinach
- Ranch dressing
- Provolone slices
- Spinach
- Sliced steak
- Sliced portobello mushroom
- Avocado
The sliced portobello mushrooms were sautéed in the sauce that they came with. I added water to help thin it out so it would last. All in all about a 1/8 to 1/4 cup of water as

The steak was left over from the night before. I had been cooked over low heat on the grill living it ping but not raw in the middle. It was then lightly sautéed in the remains of the mushroom sauté. Just enough to warm them. Lost some/most of the pink in the middle but it was worth it.
The ranch was very lightly put down ad an accent. I didn’t want it to overpower the other flavors, as ranch dressing is want to do usually.
