My Mac, infected?

So yeah, I managed to stumble across one of those nice virus scam sites… How am I pretty sure that it’s a scam? Because last time i checked… my mac didn’t have C: and D: drives and a Local Settings folder.
The process to remove these infected files involves installing their anti-virus/system software. To get the installer, click anywhere, really. Even doing Ignore then cancel/ok will download the AV2009Install.exe.
I am both sickened and amused by this. amused at the attempts to dupe people into adding their systems to some bot-net. Sickened because it actually works because the people at large don’t know any better.
