(aka: Zach’s Alaskan Chili, with butter)
(aaka: ZAC w/Butter)

2 lb. venison, caribou and/or musk-ox meat
sweet onions
elephant garlic
celery and leaves
green peppers
tomato
butter beans
yukon gold potatoes
yukon jack whisky
bakers chocolate
cinnamon
butter (lots)

saute the all the meats and veggies in butter. yes, ALL of them… if you can manage to saute the tomatoes too, more power to you.
