today i (finally) had my M16 qualification during drill. the process has change but i got 43 out of 50 on the actual qualification shoot. i’m really proud of this, its the first time that i’ve made expert in small arms shooting.

this past weekend was huntersmoon. a local 3-night sca event involving small skirmishes, practices, and ballista testing. its usually a low-scale event with one big dinner with some workshops. nothing too major.

I’m usually not one to fallow the Olympic games all hardcore like, but I found this google map pretty interesting.
Maybe i’ll actually fallow some of the events this year, like the saber fencing. last nights table tennis (ping pong) was mind blowing.
